Processing Times

Current processing times average 7-10 days.

In the day and age of Amazon Prime, we know customers are looking to get their items as quickly and inexpensively as possible!

We do want to let you know, however, that we are a small, family company of just two - the two of us hand-make and hand-wrap every single item you get, from start to finish. Further, we're working from home, our young children are learning from home, and the pandemic has drastically altered the availability and delivery of vital ingredients, materials, and packaging. We want you to be aware of this when you choose to order from us. We know that gives us a disadvantage against some larger companies, but we hope our quality, handcrafted products will convince you that it's worth the wait.

We aim for a 5-7 day processing time on our orders. That is not a guarantee; however, if you need an item for a special occasion or have a deadline, send us an e-mail and we will do everything we can to give you priority or an estimated ship date! And when orders run long, you can ask our customers - we do everything in our power to make it up to you. As of early 2021, we are implementing methods to help speed up this processing time to pre-pandemic processing times.

Shipping

We generally utilize the USPS for our shipping, unless otherwise requested. Most items ship either First Class (about 3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days). Our items ship from Brunswick, GA. Our prices are calculated directly using the USPS rates, based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.

Free Shipping & Local Delivery

We know some of our items can be heavy, but we don't want you to have to pick between free shipping and shopping local, or being kind to the environment. So, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50, no coupon code required! So go ahead and load up that cart.

 

We also offer free local (contact-free!) delivery to mainland Glynn County, St. Simons Island, and Darien. We will leave your package in your mailbox or by your front door, depending on the size of your order (Please stay inside so we can properly social distance!). We will send you an email when your package has been delivered. If your address qualifies for delivery you will USUALLY see this option at checkout (but we know there are occasionally glitches - so contact us if there are questions!). Please be aware local delivery may take up to a week - we often do delivery runs 1-2 times a week based on geographic areas (one day we may do mainland deliveries, one day we may do island deliveries, etc).

 

Samples

All orders come with an order receipt & a free sample. Samples change based on what we have in stock. Let us know if you need a gift receipt!

Eco-Friendly Packing Materials

All of our packaging materials, including boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap, are all eco-friendly. This means a few different things - our boxes are manufactured from recycled materials and can easily be reused for multiple shipments. Our packing peanuts are starch-based and biodegrade easily (just stick one in a cup of water, you'll see! No styrofoam here!). Our bubble wrap is made from biodegradable plastic. We even print our receipts on recycled paper, and our business cards are printed on recycled cardstock!
