Expect natural variation from batch to batch in all of our products, as everything is made in small batches and we are constantly re-working our formulas and packaging for maximum efficiency, quality, and sustainability. We strive to keep photos and descriptions constantly updated to reflect these changes.

PLEASE NOTE that occasionally paper wrappers on our soap may change pattern- we may change these up seasonally and based on paper availability. Sometimes, we just find a new design that we love and the picture has not yet been updated. If the paper design is going to make-or-break the sale for you, please contact us before ordering. There may also be slight cosmetic differences in the soap from batch to batch, but ingredients and weight of the soap will never change.

We are further not obligated to send out free samples to Beta Testing groups and can cease this activity at any point in time. Signing up to receive samples via Beta Testing does not constitute a sale or customer relationship.

We do not collect and store your information for any sort of use beyond order fulfillment. Your information will not be shared with any third-party websites. We do not collect e-mail addresses unless the customer indicates they would like to subscribe to either the newsletter.
